Words of Wisdom, Thurs 26th March, 6-7pm, Beaulieu Abbey Church.

Come and learn meditation and mindfulness techniques as we hear again ancient words from Christ and faithful mystics from across the centuries.

We will be sat comfortably in the nave of the Abbey Church. Please dress warmly and bring a bottle of water.
