Sounds of Healing, Thursday 12th March, 6-7pm.

St Katharine's Church, Exbury.

Taking inspiration from her recent homily, Rev Catherine invites you to come along and lie down on Holy Ground, and be immersed in the relaxing sounds of bells and gongs and bowls.

Places are limited so please book with Rev Catherine.

Please note - we will be lying down on the floor for this session so please bring a yoga mat and a blanket with you and make sure you are able to be comfortable in this position for 30-40 mins.
