 THANK YOU

Thank you for making the benefice Easter celebrations so special: our churches looked magnificent and thanks are due to the flower arrangers and decorators, and to those to kindly donated funds in memory of loved ones for the purpose. Thank you churchwardens and those who have taken on additional responsibilities during Holy Week and Easter, including organists, choir, servers, welcomers, readers and caterers. Thank you, also, for your cards, good wishes and most generous Easter gifts, which I much appreciate. Every blessing as we celebrate together during this Easter season. Fr John

HALF MARATHON

I would like to thank all those who gave their support for my participation in the Oakhaven Half Marathon and to those who were kind enough to donate towards the cause.

The run was not easy, especially with the driving wind and lashing rain doing its best to  slow things down however with all of your kind support driving me on I managed to complete the course and in a time that I was happy with. And much more importantly we managed to raise £190 for the good people of Oakhaven Hospice.

So thank you all. Jamie
