Benefice Outing   

For a number of reasons, all beyond our control, we have had to re schedule our Benefice Outing to the Isle of Wight. The outing will now be on

Tuesday September 26th September.

Leave the Abbey Green at 0900 and return at about 1900.  Trip will include a visit to St Mildrid's Church in Whippingham for guided tour and morning coffee. Lunch is the lovely village of Godshill and afternoon tea and Vespers at Quaar Abbey. Cost (without lunch or tea) will be about £30.00. Fuller details nearer the time.

3 Matthew's Lane, East Boldre, studying this years York Course, 'Receiving Christ in five different ways '. If you intend to join us please phone so we have some idea of numbers. All welcome. It doesn’t matter if you have missed some weeks. This will be the last week.

The prayer tree has grown and is now well used. Please continue to place requests – and causes for thanksgiving. These are included in the Wednesday morning communion.   FJ

Exbury Spring Fair – ST KATHARINE’S CHURCH

Saturday 22nd April 12noon – 3pm

If you went to the Autumn Fair you will know what a successful event that was. The church was transformed with tables and chairs, soup rolls and cake as well as tea/coffee. It might be similar or it might be quite different. Do go and find out and help the thermometer reading on their wall go up a bit.
