Minutes of the PCC Meetings
Summary of Beaulieu PCC Meeting held 15th November 2016
In addition to usual committee matters the following were discussed:
The small team currently stewarding in the Abbey Church during the hours it is open needs additional help. People should work in pairs and it would be appreciated if anyone who would like to join the team would come forward.
Thanks to Jane Cockeram for her work organising lunchtime recitals. As she has now resigned another person is needed for this role.

Collation Service on 29th November is for the whole Benefice to celebrate Father John as our Rector.
Fr John to introduce a Benefice Visiting Group in 2017, with a team to include Jane Barnicoat-Chongwe, our Lay Minister in training.
