The lovely marina at Buckler’s Hard was again the setting for the annual Sea Sunday service on July 14th.
The Beaulieu Abbey Church Choir and the Beaulieu Band accompanied the sea-themed hymns. The service - attended by around 80 parishioners and marina users - was led by the Rev James Mosher, port chaplain, the Mission to Seafarers in Southampton.
The Gospel speaks of welcome for all. Being faithful to this compels us to take with the utmost seriousness the challenge of preventing abuse from happening and responding well where it has.
